China's Coal Output Jumps 28.1Pct in Q1

China produced 751.43 million metric tons of coal in the first quarter this year, up 28.1 percent compared with the same period of last year, the National Bureau of Statistics said Thursday.
The output in March was 279.8 million metric tons, up 23.8 percent compared with the same month last year.
