Rabobank Aims to Invest in China's AgBank

Agricultural Bank of China (AgBank) has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the Netherlands' Rabobank, with the latter aiming to become an investor in the Chinese bank, Xinhua reported.

Rabobank is the second largest bank in Netherlands. It has offices in Beijing, Shanghai and Hong Kong.

AgBank plans to launch its IPO, which has been said could raise as much as 30 billion U.S. dollars. Analysts expect it to be the world's largest initial public offering.
