Subaru to Recall 2010 Legacy Sedan, Outback Crossover over Cooler Hose Flaws

Japanese auto maker Subaru has announced to recall 2,266 units of its Legacy Sedan and Outback Crossover models due to problems with the CVT's cooling hose, Xinhua reported on Monday.

The recall, beginning from next Monday, includes 2,263 Legacy and three Outback vehicles that were manufactured last year from July 3 to October 2.

Subaru said it would conduct inspections on the recalled vehicles and correct the problems with the cooler hose, which could crack and leak fluid and at the same time set off the warning light. It would also prevent the vehicle from running in certain conditions, said the company in its statement.
