I’m 37 and I purchased my first one bedroom condo next to square one for $430,000 with parking, locker, and balcony back in march 2025 (589 sq ft.). Similar one bedroom units in my building were selling for $565,000 in 2023. My interest rate is 3.89% and I put $60,000 down. I plan on living in my unit for 5+ years. I have a stable job, but I continue to hear headlines about condo prices collapsing. These headlines give me anxiety that my condo will be less than what I paid in 5+ years.

    1) How much more are prices going to go down, especially in Mississauga?
    2) When will we hit the bottom? Will prices stabilize anytime soon?
    3) Was my price point a good buy?

3.) It’s the price you and the seller agreed to so it was probably a reasonable price.
