Hey everyone, one of the biggest reasons I've consistently lost money trading options is because I have not managed my positions well at all. I will often have a thesis that plays out in my favor, but decide to hold and take on unnecessary risk, and end up losing it all. Because I'm also not a full time trader I will also often miss the windows in which I could have made money.
So I decided to set up a bot that looks at my positions every 10 minutes and if something significant happens (either in the market or some news about my stock) it lets me know along with a recommendation of what I should do ( hold , sell , size down ).
It works but often breaks because I just kind of hacked it together, so I'm wondering if anyone has found something out there that is similar that works.
I'm sure TOS or Tasty will add something like this in the coming months/years
