We’re still early stage and don’t have the cash to bring on a salesperson, but someone needs to do outreach. Right now that’s me, and I’m already stretched thin with ops, product, and fundraising. I don’t want to drop the ball on sales, but it feels impossible to do it all. What did you guys do in this phase?

      I would suggest starting with intent-based outreach, along with social listening, and you focus on closing only.

      Well, sales goes first. Because without sales, nothing else exists. So you need to drop the ball on other things. Ask yourself if your business would absolutelly collapse if you drop XYZ. If the answer is no, drop it for now.
