Will TTIP have an energy chapter? So far, the American have avoided the issue, but Brussels continues to press for energy to be included in the trade agreement. On the EU side, the main reason would be to increase energy security since more US oil or gas would mean less fuel energy coming from Russia. But is Europe guilty of environmental hypocrisy – banning fracking in most European countries, but importing “dirty” fracked gas from the US?
