US appeals court in Washington finds that Trump exceeded his authority in imposing global tariffs.
It upheld an earlier ruling by the Court of International Trade that Trump wrongfully invoked an emergency law to issue the tariffs.
Well Trump has already pissed off the global trade partners. Now what? Are they going to continue to try and get trade deals without the president threatening tariffs. Last threat I seen was Trump telling China that if they don’t keep giving the USA magnets then a 200% tariff was going to be put in place. Huh, now what?
This is stupid if they vote down these tariffs at the supreme Court then guess what we will have higher federal taxes because the Republicans will raise taxes on the lower class working people. We need these tariffs.
