Are there any developers out there using it? It seems too good to be true.
I've been using eTrade's APIs for my evolving custom built personal platform and it's a huge improvement for me in terms of strategy and executing on that strategy quickly and with confidence.
The idea of no-fees for everything including rebate on options transactions is nice. It could squeeze a point of profit out of things.
