Selling rental property with no appliances?

I’m trying to help my parents figure out what needs repair in a rental property they want to sell. They are now in their 80s. It’s time to get rid of the property because they just can’t do it anymore. Haven’t talked to any realtors yet.

Anyway, one of the tenants just moved out after 6 years. We’re going to have the unit repainted, however, all of the appliances in this unit are either dented or scuffed. The dishwasher doesn’t latch, etc. They look terrible.

I think we should just sell the property without the appliances in this unit. Does that seem ok?
