I’m a first-time founder who’s been fortunate enough to survive in this game for 3 full years, but things have been tough all 2025 and now I’ve got less than 60 days of runway left.
It kinda sucks being in this boat because my company helps children with incarcerated parents. That population is often overlooked and underserved. Without the proper support, about 30% of them end up face to face with the criminal justice system themselves.
Yeah, losing my company, especially after so long would feel terrible but i'd also be haunted by the fact that all these kids need me and I couldn't make it work.
I know this might just be part of the entrepreneurial journey. Still, I could really use some perspective from people who’ve been here before and fought their way out.
If you’ve ever stared down the possibility of losing everything and somehow turned it around, I’d love to hear your story. Not just for the tactics (though that would be helpful), but honestly for the motivation. Right now, staying motivated outside of the sheer fear of crashing is hard.
What kept you going, and what did the turnaround look like?
Any Good Comeback Stories???

can you get a part time job to make ends meet while your business grows?
What you’ve built already matters more than you probably give yourself credit for. Even if the runway runs out, the mission doesn’t die, you’ve proven it’s worth fighting for, and that has a way of attracting the right people and opportunities. Rooting for you 🙂
