Depends on your scale. At the start doing it yourself is fine but obviously once you start growing and have more stuff to track an accountant is better and just a time saver in general.

    2. Depends on the type of business. Are you talking about making and selling crafts, a shop on main street, a manufacturing plant, a digital store like kajabi or Stan store, a services company like a plumbing business, a SaaS company, an ecommerce store, etc?

The strategies vary. Also where you are in the journey matters too.

Can you share some more info?

Some people I know out in Utah have a crazy good new software they made for this that can securely connect to all of your business and personal accounts, credit cards, everything. You can organize it by different businesses and it makes it incredibly simple and straightforward to track cashflow through automations.

Happy to give you more details in the DMs!

It’s just feel. I know what’s in the bank, whats due in, whats due out.

When you start out you know the figures to the penny, grow a bit and you know to the nearest hundred.

Grow a bit more and you use thousands. Tens of thousands, hundreds of thousands……

I honestly used Rocket Money (ofc it’s not the best, but just what I think is cool and organized).
