Crypto sent to new wallet please help!

When I sent bnb from my wallet it went to an address I’m unfamiliar with. They still have it in their wallet so is there any possibility of recovery? The address of the wallet does seem familiar but i check everything i have had and nothing comes up. Here is the hash. Any ideas?
