A few years ago, I was stuck.
I had tried multiple businesses and failed.
I was burning cash, hiring teams, and nothing seemed to scale.

Then I came across one simple piece of advice on Reddit that completely changed my approach:
    👉 Use a performance-based model for growth.

Instead of paying high for teams, agencies, or solutions that may or may not work, I flipped the model:

    • No Positive Results = Get a Refund
    • Add a money-back guarantee to align incentives.
    • Focus on growth partners, not just service providers.

    That shift was a game-changer.
It forced me to work with people who were confident in their craft.
It gave me a safety net to take bold steps.
And most importantly, it helped me to build and scale multiple businesses.

I know every business is different, but if you’re stuck or scared of wasting money, this approach might be worth exploring.

Curious to hear from other entrepreneurs:
Have you ever tried a performance-based model in your business? Did it work for you?

Thanks to Reddit. 1 advice I found on Reddit helped me to become successful.

This is gold aligning incentives with a performance-based model is such a smart move. It forces accountability, reduces wasted spend, and builds trust with partners. I’ve tried it on smaller projects and it really changes how people deliver definitely a mindset worth exploring for anyone scaling a business.

    2. Advice was simple but its very difficult and complex to.implement. I guess it involves
drastic changes in behaviour and the way you handle People. Can you explain how did you make best use if this Advice.
