Most of the best engineers in the U.S. are foreign-born

I am not on this list. But an American company hired me from Europe because it was much cheaper to have me install the technology I developed with support of my home country than re-engineering it. Later in my career I not only filled for patents owned by this company, but also hired employees from all around the world this US company would benefit from
