I reside in WA, and have reached the ceiling of my $5M policy. I have good underlying insurance for auto / medical and for each rental property. But I'm happy to consolidate, since most insurers require it! I have several residential rental properties across the US. Thanks so much for the advice.

What state are you located in?
Find an agent who can shop Cincinnati, Chubb, PURE, AIG, and the other high net worth carriers is your best bet. It’ll vary by state who you can get but just go to any of those carrier websites and use their find an agent tool.
