Hello all,

Do you guys think insider buying/selling is a good signal for trading options. Would it be to risky or something. Thanks 🙏

    1. And if you’re talking about unusual options activity. That’s not insider trading, that’s guessing 😂😂

absolutely you should, that’s perfectly legal and there’s no chance of anything bad ever happening

    3. Sorry for the confusion, I don’t mean that I have insider info. But should I trade options based on the fact that there is heavy buying/ selling from insiders?

    4. People are dumb in assuming YOU own the insider information, while you are referring to making trades based on how corporate insiders and majority holders trade.

This is one of my major trading set ups.

While I can’t disclose all the details, I can tell you that insider purchases are more important than insider sales.

You could always check out nvidia and there insider trading and apply that to what’s happened to the stock and draw you conclusion from there. Just a thought instead of telling you I’ll give you an example of how useful that info can be.

There are bots online that track Nancy Pelosi. You could follower her as she is engaging in insider trading.

If it the same intel as Pelosi, we also need to know. We need to be certain you are making the right decision!

    8. It’s not a terrible idea, but the insider trading doesn’t always spark immediate price movement, so it’s probably best to pick options that allow plenty of time before they start their IV crush.

It only works if you have the information before the insiders trade with that same information
