Hiii new to the sub. Came here for some guidance on where to seek more information. I want to learn more about investing in properties, specifically businesses like campgrounds or RV parks. My vision leans a bit more on buying an established park (with previous proof of income). Now that is an end goal, mind you, I’m right now focusing on learning more information. So Reddit- I’m asking for any resources you have stumbled upon on your real estate journey that have been helpful. Books, authors or specific sites you use. Places you look for available city and state grants. Things along those lines! Feel free to throw your personal advice in there as well.
Bonus points: has anyone in here bought a campground before? What would you tell yourself if you could start over?
