I have a Condo that I couldn't sell when I bought my house last year. We had a ton of interest, but with rates where they were, that was the biggest factor for people doing showings and not making an offer. I signed the renter to a second 1 year lease, and she has been phenomenal. I would love to keep it, but im barely making any money on it as is. I just want the weight of having this property and having to continually find new tenants (and hoping they dont trash it and actually pay rent) to to keep hanging over me. Im in MN if that matters. Thanks for any and all help.
Are there realtors that deal exclusively with people looking for investment properties?

What are you asking like in terms of renting it for you? If so in terms of exclusive usually not. Renting out houses for a realtor there’s usually not that much money in it for them unless you have a huge portfolio. We have a realtor that does it but it’s because we have 30 properties
I see what you’re saying. I myself just got my license and investment properties is going to be my niche. But I had not considered condo’s because investors want a deal and a clear profit. Perhaps you could start getting creative with financing and do a Wrap Around Loan offering your tenant a rent to own. Seller Financing. In this economy if you can beat the interest rate of a bank then you’ve got something people want.
Beret Odell – West and Main. Amazing realtor and person, works primarily with investment properties
