I’m planning to take an education loan for higher studies, but honestly, I’m a bit scared after talking to a few people. Here are the concerns running in my mind:

During the moratorium period, interest still keeps adding up. By the time repayment starts, the loan amount becomes way bigger than what I borrowed.

Getting a well-paying job right after graduation isn’t guaranteed. What if my salary barely covers my living costs, forget EMIs?

I’ve heard many people end up choosing jobs only for money, not passion, just to manage repayments.

Big life decisions like marriage, buying a house, or even going for higher studies might get delayed because of the loan.

In the early years, savings and investments become almost impossible.

For those of you who’ve already taken an education loan — how has it affected your life after college? Any regrets, or do you feel it was worth it? And what tips would you give to someone like me who’s just about to take that step?
