Pain and suffering amount for bulging disc?

I was rear ended at a red light, left in an ambulance. Got an MRI done and it shows a bulging disc in my neck.

I have pain and numbness still almost a month after the accident and doing PT now.

State farm wants to settle they offered me 2500 P&S plus lost wages and medical bills two days after the accident. Assuming I was barely injured. It’s all on video. I’ve already missed a month of work.

Now we find out I have a bulging disc. What’s a fair P&S amount for this? I’ll have about 13k in medical bills so far.
