For bilt mastercard, does an authorized user get the same travel protection benefits for themselves such as trip protection, car rental cdw, cellphone protection etc., that a primary cardholder gets?

Specifically referring to the benefits listed on this page (not referring to the bilt rewards/points):

For example: If an authorized user rents a car and is the primary driver, are they and any additional drivers on the agreement covered by the CDW on the bilt credit card. (Without the primary card holder being present on the reservation)
