They don’t have anywhere else left to put their money because of the massive amount of disparity between the ownership class and those that do not own assets. People that work to produce capital versus the “neo-landed gentry” who own it.
If you work for a living, you are a serf. Some lucky serfs own .01% of assets. 401(k). NVDA shares in a brokerage account or IRA.
Flip that and .01% of the modern population owns 99.9% of the assets with corresponding voting power for executive board decisions that shape our society.
They would rather buy Bitcoin than part with a fraction of that wealth to benefit the public that benefited them.
