Question to those in the know; under cost basis tab – transfers out button -all statuses, I see 3 separate lines with different dates of transfers stating “Needs Review” What exactly does this mean? Hover over hyperlink click and taken to a sub tab that shows details of transaction but at the bottom is a “Save” button. What does this do! TIA
