I prefer my Amex gold for dining but I do carry a CSR as a visa backup if they don’t take Amex

It was the Amex Gold but it’s becoming CSR or Bilt as I realize hotel redemptions are going to make more sense for me than flights.

Chase Sapphire Preferred. Gives you 3.1x on Dining with the 10% Anniversary Boost. I funnel almost all my Chase points to Hyatt where at minimum I get 1.7 cpp so it pushes above 5% in value so it beats most other cards I have.

    4. If you’re on Team Cashback, the Redstone FCU Signature is clutch for dining and gas.

      Shame they geolocked it.

    5. Fine my peasant ass will say it since no one else is bringing it up.

Capitol one savor card. 3% on dining

I’m team cash back so miss me with those points.

PayPal debit is 5% for groceries and PayPal MC is 5% in Sep for getting fat

    7. Chase Freedom Unlimited. Yeah it’s not a 2x general purpose card, but being able to get 1.5x everything plus 3x on dining and 3x at pharmacy could work better for a lot of people as a one card for everything solution than a flat 2x everything card.

BoA Customized Cash Rewards. It gives 3% cash back in a category of your choice, including dining, but this increases if you have significant assets at BoA and/or Merrill Lynch, up to 5.25% back.

    9. **Redstone FCU Visa Signature** (now only available to residents of AL and TN)

It was Capital One Savor until I got a retention offer for my Amex Gold, so now it’s the latter through the end of the year for 20,000 points.

I have the Amex Gold but have been leaning to the Bilt more for dining. It’s simply the most valuable point system

    12. * Domestic: Amex Gold
      * International: Amex Gold & USBAR as backup.

Depending on the new transfer partners, the AR could become first.
