Possible improvement to healthacre system over generations.

The questions is to any economic major, philosopher, mathmatician, politican, or actuarial science majors like me.

Do you think the US would benefit if the taxpayers funded a goverment ran non profit that would provide schooling for medical students for free as long as they meet certain ACT/SAT requirements and maintain a certain GPA throughout college.

My idea would be that without large student debts these students could undercut other medical professionals for pay amd possibly lead to low Healthcare premiums due to lower hospital bills.

That would be the first step.

The second step would be the goverment conducting a survey across the world for average cost of different medical costs across developed countries, and set maximums of what hospitals could charge health insurance for certain things to try to climate them milking said insurance companies.

The third step would be to force health care in the USA to mandated non profit.

I understand it may not be the hugest move due to the fact they would still need large pools of liquid assets to pay medical bills, but if high level employees aren't making hundreds of millions per year… it would definitely help premium costs. Especially when you couple it with the first two steps.

Can you help me with my PHD thesis?
