Can someone put this into laymen terms? It looks like game over if there was a sudden need for capital.

The losses on the available for sale securities will concern me more because they should in theory be realised at some point
HTM Securities… its fine
They’ll just hold to maturity or slowly sell them off to fund loan growth.
