Commercial kitchen exhaust cleaning

Does anyone here own a kitchen exhaust cleaning company? Preferably in Canada? I’ve worked in the trade for 8 years, and am just curious how to go about getting the qualifications/ certifications and everything I need to start my own buisness? I’m pretty knowledgeable in the trade/work itself but clueless on the business side of it
