It is becoming a self full-filling setup. Mr. Musk buys $1B worth of TSLA stock, which he is employed with, earned that $1B from TSLA, and will get $1B performance pay from TSLA. So, the same money is circulated.
Earlier ORCL and top few companies teamed up to buy/sell among each other to boost their own stock evaluations. It is circular cash flow with in the top few companies. The result was an unbelievable 2 hour boost of 35%+ to a billion dollar company! Since we have more information now a days than what it was 50 years ago (it was via news papers only), this type of sudden move is insane.
Is there any precedence to this situation and what to expect in the stock investment near-term and long-term?
Stocks are going up today because world's richest person bought his own stock!

Keeping the money moving
Buckle in buddy, you’re learning the game, now start playing it
Guess you missed the memo where SP500 companies’ buyback hundreds of billions of their own stock each quarter?
This is why I’m generally bullish about the stock market more than the average Reddit doomer (and get many downvotes as a result)
In past centuries regular people couldn’t tie their wealth to the 1%. The richest families had all their worth tied up in private businesses, land and commodities
Now if you look at the richest people in the world their wealth is mostly tied up in public companies. Meaning you can directly tie the direction of your wealth to theirs.
If you believe they will do **everything** possible, including market manipulation and bribing politicians and world leaders, so their wealth keeps growing, instead of complaining it’s easy to just buy their stocks and say: if their wealth goes down so will mine, if their wealth goes up so will mine
I bought oklo the day their chair (I might be off on the title) joined the Trump administration. I still believe he will do everything in his power to keep the stock pumping
He bought $1 billion in stock. Market cap went up $100 billion.
How much did he increase his own net worth
Are you mad a CEO bought stock in his own company or?
Are you asking if there’s a precedent of insider purchases?
It happens all the fuckin time, dude, and this is a pretty normal reaction to it:

Stocks always go only up.
+150% since corona
+20% since tariffs
The options flow on TSLA the last few weeks has been absurdly bullish. People knew this was coming.
Musk doesn’t get a performance pay based on stock price alone. The company is actually nowhere near the first performance milestone which needs to be met IN ADDITION TO a $2T market cap.
Bro found an infinite money glitch with the help of these morons that own his stock. He should buy a billion worth every 2 months and dump a lot more after, then repeat.
I prefer my CEO buys stocks in the companies I hold then sells stocks in those companies. That might just be me though, who knows.
You’re acting like there isn’t an SEC that watches closely for any shenanigans /s
Isn’t this the standard Wealth Extraction process ? Extracting small amounts from retail investors by moving around big amounts to get people jump in ? Or am I getting this wrong ?
I know you’re trying to make this out to be something unique, but literally when insiders by their own stock it’s considered a bullish sign.
For Germans Its a little bit of Wirecard.
Marcus Braun has done the same thing, before the end of Wirecard.
Was the latest company Report of Tesla correct or done by EY?
I think for Tesla the speach of Elon before 100 000 people in Lodon was also not a helpful move ✌️.
Stocks been going up well in advance of Musk buying his own stock!
Is he actually the richest person in the world? Would think some Saudi prince would be a lot richer
Musk sold tens of billions worth of Tesla over the last couple years.
Yes there’s precedence dude have u ever heard of companies repurchasing shares of their own stock
Dude forget fundamentals. We’re here to make money. Haters gonna hate.
There’s a clear sign that TSLA has break out at $360 creating a new support level. Luckily I got in at $370. Could reach ATH $480 for a quick profit.
We are in a bubble so big it’s the size of gokus spirit bomb in namek
2nd richest person in the world
And it wasn’t a company share buyback. He personally bought these shares to pump the stock. All while waiting for the shareholders to approve a potential 1 trillion dollar compensation package. Nope, nothing to see here.
It’s all a massive circle jerk and I’m the only one not cumming
I hate tsla, why wont it fucking crash?
With proceeds he got from political favors!
Yes the rich are getting richer which makes the stock market go up because they own all the stocks and must get richer.
Insider buys is usually a bullish sign for stocks as it signals those with the most knowledge of the company think the value of the stock is too low
TSLA has always gone up with Musk buys and in this case, he hasn’t bought since 2020.
A lot of this reaction is also about Musk growing TSLA to being a leader in AI & robotics. He said he wasn’t going to continue pushing AI into TSLA until he get a certain percentage of control. The new pay package and buying of shares indicates he will now continue do that in tsla. Will probably bring xAI back under the TSLA umbrella
Stocks only go up bruh… get with the times
