Missouri Small Business Licenses Question

Looking for some information if anyone is knowledgeable…

We have a small business creating customized gifts. We have a business license to sell but we're looking into obtaining a "distributors license" so we can buy items from wholesalers.

I can't seem to find a lot of information regarding this in the sate of Missouri. Do we need something other than a "Reseller" license or is that equivalent?
