Supposed to OCONUS PCS in the coming months.
Possibly might have to file for bankruptcy, would obviously communicate with S2.
Would this throw up any flags or delete orders?

Maybe. That depends on your assignment, security manager/procedures and leadership.
I assume your security manager already knew you were in hot water…yes?
