My Waterpik broke after 2 years. Maybe I got a lemon

I bought a Waterpik because I heard so many people say it is the best. Honestly, I expected it to last for years.

But mine broke just a little after 2 years of use. The same thing happened with cheaper brands I tried before. I am really confused and pretty disappointed.

To save money, I didn’t buy it in the US. I got it while visiting family overseas. Maybe I just got unlucky with a bad unit. I still think it’s a good brand, but I won’t risk trying again.

Now I don’t know which brand to trust. I don’t want to keep wasting money on flossers that only last a year. If a flosser only lasts a year, I’d rather spend less and not feel at high risk.

Can anyone recommend a water flosser that actually lasts, or has reliable customer service? Or at least tell me which brands to avoid?
