Was in a parking garage, I checked behind me and no one was moving. I also checked my backup camera, started backing up, and heard a crunch. An older lady had started backing up and said the same thing, that I wasn’t moving and so she started to reverse. The only reason I think I’m not at fault is because I was much farther out of my spot than her and she backed more into the side of my car, like she hit me, versus me hitting her. I’ve attached images on Imgur, my car is the white one. https://imgur.com/a/d85Ne8m
What should I expect rate wise considering I’m a younger male driver with a clean record so far? Currently pay 160/mo with Progressive.
Is it 50/50? First time accident

It honestly depends on what both of you say to the insurance. If she says she was backing and did not see you and you say same thing then neither of you can say which one backed first so the 50/50 without video. How far out won’t matter as that can change with rate of acceleration typically.
Shared fault, maybe not exactly 50-50, but neither of you established yourself fully in the travel lane. You seem to have “gotten there first” but that’s not dispositive and we’re only seeing your pics of the aftermath.
No one can tell you whether or how much your rate will increase. Well, plenty of people may be willing to spit out numbers, but they’re no better than speculation. You’ll learn soon enough.
Subro adjuster here. Id argue you you were there to be been based on the point of impact. At minimum you are 30% at fault.
