How would you go about doing that? Doubt they’d give you reason, The one thing the government is good at us writing checks.
The only reason its worth $5.6m is the cash flow from the rent the FBI is paying. If you evict them, it will be worth way less you need to find a replacement tenant or get foreclosed on
