Is there any way I can email MOHELA?

I just wanna see if I can reach out and email to them regarding outstanding loans and accessing my account (the lost account thing isn't working for me for some reason). Is the only way to contact them via phone? Because I hear that you can email them through your account after you log in but I cannot log in at all.
