For a while, our team felt like we were constantly spinning our wheels. Tasks were all over the place emails, chat threads, random spreadsheets and it was tough to know what actually mattered that day.
We decided to step back and simplify how we worked together. Just having a clear view of what everyone was doing made a huge difference.
