      By electing a psychopath? The money will only be available if Argentina re-elects their babyTrump who has tanked their economy like ours did ours. Sounds like some American farmers have noticed Trump’s last bailout (that they paid for via tariffs) was meaningless because Trump drove away the customers (China) for our crops and the Vulture Capitalists are now buying up the farms that can no longer turn a profit as a hedge against raising land prices. The rest of us should consider what happens when the number of food producers shrinks go a precious few and the consumers continue to get hungry.

      Same way it always “comes up” with new money – it just spends it into existence. The US Treasury issues debt, and the Central Bank buys it with newly created money. This is the answer for any kind of deficit spending by the way. Money is created out of nothing.

      Let’s talk about how the gov can not only afford “healthcare” which were in the middle of a shutdown over (although most would say it has more to do with the Epstein Files) and how we can’t ever get Universal Healthcare. We can’t afford student loan forgiveness either. The vultures are intentionally causing the US economy abd conditions to collapse like Russia’s did so all the rich can buy up everything and create a fascist, oligarch state.

      Is there a single Biden administration complaint by MAGA that has stood the test of time? Even their complaints about Biden being creepy with kids falls on its face given Trump and his admin are actively protecting real child predators. Not prices, not transparency, can someone enlighten me? I guess no new wars maybe? Which seems to clearly be the most bullshit assertion given the rhetoric (threatening to annex allies) and extra judicial killings.

      Just so no one is confused, the money is going to US holders of Argentinian bonds.

      This is actually a **swap,** so it’s “neutral”. They are also giving us $40B worth of Pesos. But why? The answer is **Rare Earths**.

      This is a **Loan-to-own** deal. We give them a loan, they give us future access to rare earths so we don’t have to rely only on China for the materials needed to defend ourselves.
