I have USAA. A couple of weeks ago I got in an accident while pulling into a driving spot, filed that claim. Got pulled over last night and received a violation for not getting a license in my state— I’ve tried to book an appointment multiple times with no luck and I finally have one for Friday. I’m ashamed and worried about losing coverage but there isn’t much I can do about it now— that’s two claims and a violation in 3 years. Other than that I believe my record is clean.
I know I won’t know if my policy is renewed until USAA gives me explicit confirmation, but does anyone know if there’s any way I can gauge if it’s likely? I was wondering if it would help to email them to explain the reason for violation, or calling them asking to see where I stand. Any advice would be appreciated, thanks.
