    1. A checklist for online presence
      – Website
      – Domain
      – Business email address
      – Social media accounts
      – Business phone number

    2. Click up will handling essentially everything you mentioned but I’ve also been experimenting with Notion, very similar app but with better AI building, I’m really liking it, give it a try!

    3. I use GitHub pages for website hosting. Easy and free.

      Neeto Record for recording screencasts. Better than Loom.

      Google Sheets to track as many things as possible.

      After trying a dozen tools, now i just keep it super simple :Canva for designs, Capcut for videos, Upbase for planning and PM, and Google Doc for longer form documents

      I use Canva + ChatGPT for marketing creation, Saner for tasks management, Calendly for meeting scheduler and Lemlist for outreach

      At one time, I dropped all my tools and went back to a pen and a note book for a couple of weeks. Now my new Mac has all the free needed tools.
