I have a building that I bought a few years back. It is a quadplex and has some knob and tube wiring. Do insurance companies insure homes with it? My current policy does not state anything about it and my carrier never sent out anyone to inspect the property.

If you have a standard carrier I’m 90% sure they don’t know about it. I can’t think of any standard carriers that write knob & tube off the top of my head
