Texas accident. Usaa at fault.
    I agreed to pain and suffering and lost wages settlement and received payment. Part of the deal is they would review the bills related to the accident.
    Claim has since been forwarded to Auto Injury Solutions for the review of the ER bill they received in September.
    This new adjuster is very rude and has a lot of different information and requirements than the original adjuster. For example the settlement also agreed for monthly massages. I received reimbursement for the massage monthly before the claim was moved to the new adjuster. Now he is saying it is not from a medical facility therefore she can’t pay me back.
    He also has not reviewed or paid the ER bill they received months ago. He also says that that he will not speak the ER about the bill and will just pay me what’s reasonable. The ER and the prior adjuster explained to me that they would negotiate if there were any issues.
    I’m very confused and concerned that this is not being handled correctly. Any tips or insight?
