After home inspection, the buyer agent sent over a signed Home Inspection Contingency removal form. It was signed by all the buyers but the agent only put my name on the form. We informed the agent and sent them a copy to the buyers to initial after adding my wife's name. I think this was done intentionally. The very next day, they sent a agreement void form now with everyone's name on it. The agent says his buyers got the coldfeet. If he did not leave out my spouse's name then his clients would not have been able to void the agreement. I believe they did this intentionally. Am I crazy?
Buyer agent may have intentionally left out my wife's name on contingency removal form

Doubtful,
Most likely the buyer either cold feet/changed mind/didn’t want the house any longer or did t like the inspection results.
What would the point of that have been though? They could have just sent the cancelation in the first place instead of playing games with names on the release form (Which they risked you holding them to regardless of whether both of your names were on it).
Agents who are doing their own paperwork—which is most of us—make mistakes. We are often working from our phones and trying to multitask because it’s not a 9-5 desk job. It’s unfortunately very easy to overlook things.
I’m going to with crazy. Leaving a name off is easy enough to do if wasn’t being careful. There is no benefit to the agent to do otherwise.
This doesn’t make sense. Maybe it’s your phrasing but it seems to me like delayed correctly filled out form would have pushed them past their cancellation deadline not give them a free extra day.
