A lot of people tend to dream big and lay down everything in details when thinking of starting something, me included. I never get past the learning loop. I write down my plans, consume every guide or tutorials there are, and then nothing. There's more to it than being lazy, underneath everything there's fear.
What pushed you to actually take action and do something?
How did you move past the 'idea' stage?

Well I think the issue you mentioned is the “tutorial” part. You have ideas that you don’t know how to execute, so the barrier to get started is far off in the distance.
Stick with things you can actually do.
You’re supposed to pick your customer first, then your idea. If you do it in that order, you’ll sorta know when your idea is good.
1- find a problem you are passionate to solve
2- do proper customer discovery
That will give you the best chances
