I'm 17 right now and I want to buy 3 eth now and stake it long term something like 2030 do you think eth will be worth a lot more in the future? I think within 2 years 10k is likely Ive done research on the project and I really like it more then any crypto and I've tried web3 development and I like that too let me know if this is dumb or smart

Yeah Ethereum still looks like the future. It’s leading in smart contracts, DeFi, and NFTs, and with scaling solutions like rollups and upgrades improving speed and cost, it’s building real long term infrastructure. The ecosystem keeps growing even in bear markets, which says a lot.
You’re young , you can afford to take a few risks.
So long as you can afford it, its probs an ok choice.
Maybe get a share index and some gold as well.
First of all, you can’t stake (at least not alone) with 3 eth. Second until 2030 is not long term. Third yes eth will be probably worth more but history has shown that BTC has better gains
