    1. most founders chase new platforms when the real leverage is hidden inside old conversations. the lowest-hanging channel i’ve seen isn’t a platform, it’s pattern reuse. take your top-performing email subject line or ad hook, and reframe it for a different “emotional frequency. instead of “where do i post next?” ask “where would this message feel fresh again?” because the brain doesn’t crave new channels, it craves new context. once you sync curiosity (contrast) with safety (familiar phrasing), the same 50-word idea can triple its lifespan across Reddit, inbox, and short-form. cheap, repeatable, and almost nobody’s doing it because it feels too simple.

      What about reviewing your CRM for lost leads? Non-followed up opportunities? Or even just upselling? Are you using a CRM?

      I think for the moment and for the next 6 months using Whatsapp to cold outreach your leads is the most underestimated channel. The reply rate is far higher than everywhere else and you can use Lemlist to automate it.

      If you’re okay with creating content, i think this is the main lever to make your business grow. Using personal branding is a cheatcode, even just posting once a week on LinkedIn. And finally, if you already have a community (5k on LinkedIn, insta, etc.) you can use Chatify. It’ a SaaS with which you can create all the AI lead magnets you need (CV analyser, sales call transcripts, Clone your expertise, etc.). It gives you then a dashboard with all the leads scored from the coldest to the hottest and easiest to convert.

      In my local area, it’s plants and the entire shipping structures required. Basically, all the surrounding states want them, and nobody is delivering, and the system doesn’t have the infrastructure businesses like import/export to provide local continuous procurement contracts. I think I said that correctly.
