Hello. A relative of mine would like to buy a real-estate in Europe. Just not in Austria or Germany. We were looking into investing for real-estate projects in planning or building phase in Turkey. That country had a boom when the Ukrainian war started. Where would you suggest to invest? Preferably in a bigger city or at-least one with tourism. (Like Nizza France i.e.) The relative has around 30.000€ liquidity and owes two other estates. An appartment in a tourist area in Turkey and one in a major Russian City in the south. Maybe these could be taken as a mortgage with a bank loan to go up to 80k?
I looked into places like Warsaw and they had okay prices (I guess). Anyone with real experience here?
Want to buy a real-estate in Europe up to 70.000€ in early-phase in a major city (preferably) – Do you have any suggestions?
