I scrolled for a while on this sub and seem to only come across tech or social media style businesses. I’m seeking advice and mentorship from someone who started a logistics/transportation business from scratch.
I’ve done a lot of the legwork, have some good opportunities present, just need someone who is experienced with a fresh start up to review and make recommendations

B2B businesses are often started by existing career employees that branch off to do their own thing. While B2C tech businesses are often started by users of existing platforms that think they can do it better / different.
You should get a job instead of hiring a hypeman.
