How can I ethically share my app with people on Reddit who have the exact problem it solves?

Hey everyone,
I’ve built an app that directly helps with a problem I see many Reddit users talking about. I often find posts where people describe the exact issue our app solves, but most of those subreddits have strict rules against self-promotion or advertising.

I don’t want to spam or break any rules. I just believe it could help them. What’s the right or ethical way to share my app on Reddit without getting banned or downvoted?
