Being an entrepreneur today means juggling a dozen things at once- clients, content, meetings, finances, and strategy. It’s chaos unless you’ve got the right tools holding it all together.
AI has changed the game. You can now automate emails, summarize reports, manage tasks, and even create content while you focus on actual growth. The trick is finding tools that actually save time instead of adding more noise.
So I’m curious- what are some productivity tools every entrepreneur should know about, especially in the age of AI?

I am the co-founder who runs product and markering for our business. So my tools are mostly in product and marketing. But here you go:
* Lovable: Help us turns ideas into working prototypes using AI and your our design system.
* Granola: Helps us silently transcribes and summarizes our meetings! Perfect for staying focused while it does the boring stuff.
* ChatPRD: For PMs who hate writing PRDs from scratch. This tool auto-generates specs, syncs with Linear, and helps teams stay aligned on product vision.
* Superhuman: Still the gold standard for email productivity. If you’ve never tried it, this might be the fastest way to reclaim four hours of your week.
* ChatGPT: Super obvious, but helps with brainstorming, summarizing reports etc.
* Cursor: Helps both me and my team write code much faster. I’d say we ship 2x faster now!
Curious what tools are helping other founders and entrepreneurs stay productive 🙂
CMSai . Net … a platform that every business should have. It generates leads, social media followers growth, SEO all in one. It replaces the entire marketing team
I mostly rely on ChatGPT and Perplexity for day to day stuff like quick research or general help.
For more specific tasks though, these have been solid:
– Notion AI: for notes and project management
– Otter: for transcribing meetings
– Marblism: super useful for managing email, calendar, and follow-ups in one place.
– Kosmik: visual tool for moodboarding and organizing ideas.
– Elephas: helps sync and manage knowledge across apps, but it’s Mac-only
– Comet: probably the smoothest AI in your browser experience I’ve used
