Hi everyone
I am a seller using Amazon to build my business. However, it feels like my stock are purposefully being skipped, and I know of people who feel the same.

For instance, I keep getting hit with low-inventory fees because my inbounds keeps landing at FCs that sit on check-in for DAYS!

Does anyone have a playbook I can copy? Or any advice on what to do or who to contact?

Is amazon still a place to build entrepreneurs?

    1. You’re not alone. thousands of sellers are experiencing massive delays and inaccurate placement data, directly impacting profitability. I’ve seen sellers lose 15-20% of their revenue due to inbounds sitting at fulfillment centers for 48-72 hours before being scanned. it’s not just a perception; Amazon’s placement algorithms are demonstrably flawed, especially for new sellers or those shipping to less-optimized fulfillment centers.

the problem isn’t necessarily the FCs themselves. some are genuinely struggling with volume. but the placement numbers they’re feeding you are consistently inaccurate, leading to missed sales and wasted time. to combat tihs, start with a structured approach.

first, meticulously document every inbound shipment.
